We follow the NYC public school calendar and open even on half-days.
The academy will be open for students with working parents on school holidays, except major national holidays such as Christmas. However, it will only open with a minimum of ten children who sign up.
We highly suggest that you sign up in advance for proper staff arrangement.

This is an academic afterschool program. Students and parents must understand and agree that proper conduct is necessary so that all students can achieve their goals. Relaxation and play are also a part of our program at the proper time and place. Please read the Contract of Conduct with your child. Then, please sign it and have your child sign it to show that you both are committed to success in this program.

Please read the following important information about at school release time:
For Students From P.S. 196
Students must walk directly to the auditorium after release time. The gathering area for our program is on the right, front side of the auditorium. Our teachers will meet children in the auditorium until everyone arrives, when they then walk them to the location of the academy.
For students from P.S. 174 and P.S. 144
Students must walk directly to the auditorium under the direction of school staff, and wait until the transportation comes.

Release Letter to School or Teacher
It is the parent’s responsibility to inform your child’s school or teacher that “ALL KIDS CAN LEARN ACADEMY” will pick up your child, and that the child understands the release procedure.

Contract of Conduct
¨ Complete homework efficiently. ¨ Be considerate to others - no talking, especially shouting or screaming during homework time. ¨ Bring a book every day to read silently after finishing homework. ¨ Be friendly and polite to students and teachers. ¨ Absolutely no fighting, cursing or hitting, including any body contact. ¨ Eat INSIDE the room during snack time. No running with food. ¨ No climbing or running around the stage or in the hall. ¨ Report any conflicts or problems to the teacher immediately.
