Our Mission

Our teaching is based upon a firm belief that every child can succeed at school if given adequate encouragement, motivation and tools. We believe that each child is unique in his or her learning style and stage. A tutor's most important job is to observe how children work and learn, and then provide the student with strategies to study more effectively and sufficiently. To ensure that students reach their full learning potentials, we reach underachieving students as early as possible and teach them effective and well-planned learning strategies and problem solving skills. This is the first step for the cycle of confidence, motivation, and academic success that will stay with students for the rest of their lives.

 

Programs features

This program offers an intimate home-school model of daily after school support. Each day, professional instructors will provide close-up homework supervision to students in small groups followed by a structured reinforcement lesson in vocabulary building and writing. Students will participate a variety of sports.

Custom-tailored to each student
                 We understand that all children are different and learn in their own way and at their own speed. Children should be taught at their cognitive and challenging levels to make learning interesting to them.

 

                 One-to-one teaching is more effective than shared teachers for certain students.  Other students do better in a small group setting where he or she will be inspired by similar level students and arouse learning interests.

 

                 Educational assessment
                 We will administer and interpret an assessment test before your child starts, at no charge.

To promote success by provide positive feedback to students about their own personal progress and to enhance intrinsic motivation for learning;

To encourage children in every step of their progress and help them view their own successes;

To work with each child to understand their expectations for success and tailor specific criteria for each child’s needs; and

To help students work independently as much as possible.

Our Teachers

                 Our tutor team consists of licensed schoolteachers, professional standardized test specialists and university   graduates or students with Bachelor and Master degrees. 

Coordinate Efforts

 

                 One of our unique services is that we keep contacts with each student’s classroom teacher. This is particularly              important to students of early grades. We connect our program with regular school programs by coordinating     with schools, complementing school curriculum and cooperating with classroom teachers to provide them support to meet each student’s needs.

 

                 Since the classroom teacher is the person what can provide precise information of each student with deficiency            in certain fundamental subjects, we believe that the best way to improve a student’s performance is to work closely with the student’s classroom teacher.
