Terms & Conditions
Tuition agreement: In the event of ANY prolonged absence from school you will still be required to meet that tuition payment. No refund will be granted if the student leaves center on his or her own accord or is removed from center due to an inability to adjust or is unable to function adequately or to comply with the rules and regulations of the center.
Registration fee: This contract is not valid until the Registration Fee of $40. There is a $5 per day of late charge for payments paid after due day.
Medical attention: In the event that emergency medical attention is necessary, the school will endeavor to contact the parents, or if they are unavailable, their family physician. The school has the right to engage a licensed physician to render such aid, as he may deem necessary for the benefit of the child.
public school holidays: The center will be open all public school half days and certain holidays with a fee (See fee schedule for school holidays).
Code of Conduct:
To insure the quality and fairness to other children who want to benefit from the program, students who are consistently interruptive will be asked to leave the program. If a student’s behavior is not improved after three warnings, that student will be asked to leave permanently. We strongly believe that the education of our children is of utmost importance among many parental responsibilities. The after school academy is a place where children can receive the attention and quality education they deserve.
